Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 4, 2026

General policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Refund requests may be considered if

  • You were charged due to a billing error.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same subscription.
  • The Service could not be provided because of a verified technical issue caused by Giga3 AI.

Refunds are generally not provided for

  • Partial subscription periods.
  • Change of mind.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal.
  • Violations of the Terms of Service that result in account suspension.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
